• Opening and Introductions: Meet your facilitators and fellow participants; set intentions for the day.

• Exploring Identities: Reflect on all your identities and their intersectionality. Which do you want to be a bigger part of your life?

• Imagining Your Future: Participate in a visualization to creatively open up what you want for your future.

• Networking lunch: Enjoy a catered poolside lunch while you connect with other participants.

• Mindfulness: Engage in a guided mindfulness exercise to access your full self for the afternoon’s work.

• Be-Do-Have: Learn an Evolution framework that starts with desired future results to identify the behaviors and mindsets necessary for success.

• Backcasting: Build out the scaffolding of your action plan by working in reverse to identify what needs to happen by when.

• Action Planning: Determine the first three steps to move towards your future, including clarity on what you want to commit to.

• Closing Circle: Share your personal insights and commitments.

• Informal Social Gathering: Celebrate the day and each other at a nearby venue.
